Can you believe that on Sunday it will be already the 1. Advent? I have been looking forward Christmas time so much lately, but in the end, I don't feel ready for it, yet. It just does not feel like it, yet. Hasn't it just been July?!?!

Well, since Michael will have to work on Saturday (and all other Saturdays until Christmas...), I think Clara and me will decorate the flat alone, put little lights on the windows and create an Advent wreath. I also have to start thinking about Christmas presents already. Like every year, I hardly have an idea for most of my family members. Big task!!

Also Christmas markets are about to start and I hope we can visit some - at least the one in Hattersheim, despite the swine flu risk.

And of course Christmas time means self-made cookies time. I don't know yet what kind of cookies I am going to bake. Have to check my cooking book soon. Any suggestions?
